In the framework of the initiative for renewable energy export by the Federal Ministry of Economy and Energy, a presentation of the partner countries of this program including Madagascar, was held July 5, 2016 in Scandic hotel Berlin.

56th anniversary of the Independence of Madagascar June 25, 2016
The celebration of the 56th anniversary of the Independence of Madagascar was jointly organized by the Embassy and the Malagasy community in Germany in the evening of June 25 in Berlin. Madagascar: partner country of the international tourism salon in Dresden the 29th to 31st of January.
As a partner country, the visibility of Madagascar from all perspective was reinforced during this tourism event. Indeed, the participation of the two Malagasy tourism entities “Adventure Expedition” and “Mikea Lodge”, assisted by representatives of Madagascar’s Embassy was a real opportunity to promote the country during the exhibition, which gathered more than 30 000 visitors, 400 exhibitors from 12 different countries.
