This is the first theme of Ambassadors breakfast organized by the German Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs in collaboration with the actors concerned.
In fact, 3/4 startups are founded by a team of 2-3 people, the percentage of women founders being constantly increasing. Economic digitalization remains the most developed sector of startups.
Hanover is one of the Top 5 hot-spot regions for startups specializing in digitalization. For this purpose, several events are planned in the region for 2018, including the Hanover Messe in April and the CEBIT in June.
Among the topics presented and discussed are the principle of startups (following the American entrepreneurial spirit, learning forcing initiatives and innovations). The German start-up association seeks to develop the legal framework and learn from the success of SMEs / SMIs, considered as “grown-ups”.
This monthly event has therefore presented an opportunity for exchanges and new knowledge for Embassy representatives including those from Madagascar, both at the international, federal and regional levels.
